Had warm enough guest room with a bathroom and bunk beds and sqeaky matresses. All employees were neat! Exceptional and exceptional meals. Really ideal, really ideal location. I had perfect 2-night stay here!
Facilities were perfect, but Wi-Fi connection was weak.

Fascinating view, executive bar - everything was awesome. The staff - very supportive & was always available. We loved the room: it was silent and silent. Savoury breakfast options, the food was spicy. The hotel has nice location not far from a very good pub near-O'Neils and king's cross station and St Pancras.

Super breakfast and funny staff for comfortable stay. The room was functional and had a lovely view of the city. The hotel was in a central area. I went to an outstanding restaurant and appreciated the Japanese dishes.

The amazingly kind staff was willing to help and accommodated all my requirements. The breakfast was nice hot, featured plenty of meals. Unbeatable location to Churchill War Rooms Museum. Having different cold drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.

gentle staff, well organized rooms, relatively good breakfast. fairly large suite and cozy bed. the staff did all they can for a memorable stay. hotel was pretty clean and the service was brilliant. the property was an amazing base for enjoying a residential area.

Wonderful facilities and an awesome breakfast. Delightful staff was quick to help. Exceptionally comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom and climate control, Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV in the room. The location was top, within easy walking distance of covent garden.

great location with garden. we only slept at the private room, but we liked it. the downstairs bar onsite.
